LUBBOCK, Texas — July 2025 — True Equity Group ("TEG") today announced the disposition of 4th & Frankford, a retail property located in Lubbock, Texas. The transaction was brokered by Coleman Solomon of Marcus & Millichap. [Terms of the sale were not disclosed.]

The sale marks the successful completion of TEG's business plan for the asset and the firm's exit from the investment.
